03Days – 02Nights from Arava Border: Program Itinerary: 01st Day: Arava Border – Petra overnight (D): Meet & Assist at Arava Border by our helpful guide who shall provide full assistance through immigration & customs. Transfer to hotel in Petra for dinner & overnight.
02nd Day: Petra Full Day Visit – Amman overnight (B,D): Morning proceed the visit to the red rose rock city, the city of the Nabateans, the lost city carved all in the mountains, riding on a horse to the Siq (canyon) which is a natural crack in the rocks the Nabateans developed it into their structure elements, walking through the 1.2km canyon and enjoying the beautiful carvings of statues, idols and niches on the way to the treasury, you will be wondering about the time the treasury will appears to you behind the corner that has been standing there for over than 2000 years, then we continue along the facades street to the roman theatre, royal tombs, the roman colonnaded street, Qasr al-bent . After we go to drive to Amman for dinner & overnight.
03rd Day: Amman – Madaba – Mt. Nebo – King Hussein Bridge (Allenby) to Israel (B). After breakfast at the hotel, departure for a tour to south of Amman to visit Madaba. Madaba has some of the finest Byzantine mosaics in the world including the famous 6th century mosaic map of Palestine. leave Madaba to mount Nebo which is only 10km west of Madaba the place where Moses gazed at the promised land before he died to visit the monastery which has been excavated and restored by the Italians Franciscans priests in 1933, over looking the Jordan valley, dead sea, Jericho and Jerusalem. We will leave Mount Nebo to Israel for departure through the King Hussein Bridge (Allenby) with our Assist through Customs and Immigration. (End of Service)
