Apart from the hotel itself, the fact that's it located both in the middle of downtown Cairo and in the middle of the Nile - makes Grand Hyatt truly special.
Built on the north tip of the Cairo island Rhoda and with only a short walk to the Egyptian Museum, the hotel has long been a central landmark in this metropolis.
The original hotel is Grand Hyatt Cairo with 205 rooms, and the new tower extension has 791 rooms. All rooms with a splendid Nile view and private balcony. The rotating restaurant on top of the tower is an attraction for guests and outside visitors.
All rooms have individually controlled air-conditioning, direct call phones, mini bar, fridge and television with over 30 channels - not including the breathtaking view over the majestic Nile.
Many restaurants are found at the hotel, the rotating restaurant is mentioned but let's not forget the outside restaurant - one of the most exotic places to enjoy part of a Cairo evening.
The swimming pool not less special - heated so one can enjoy this winter as summer. Swim or relax by the pool - and again the Nile view.
